Privacy policy

This notice describes information handled through the StrengthRx marketing website and its email subscriptions. It does not describe a patient portal or a clinical service. Please do not submit medical records or other sensitive health information through this site or its email signup forms.

When you subscribe

The signup form sends your email address and the subscription you select to our website service. We use Kit to manage subscribers and deliver emails. The guide launch list is for guide updates; the StrengthRx Ledger is for the weekly letter. Joining one does not automatically opt you into the other. The Ledger asks new readers to confirm their subscription by email.

Kit stores subscription records and can process email delivery, open, and link-click information. Its reports can include activity generated by email privacy tools or automated scanners, rather than a person. See Kit’s privacy policy for details about its handling of information.

When you browse

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Providing and protecting that service involves processing technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, and browser information. Cloudflare also receives network error reports where supported by your browser. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare adds a script to the live pages that reports website usage and performance information, such as page visits, referring pages, and page-load timing. Cloudflare describes this measurement as not using cookies or browser storage. This analytics service is separate from the hosting and security processing described above. Our pages load Inter and Playfair Display from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request those files, which exposes technical information including your IP address. See Google Fonts’ FAQ and Google’s privacy policy.

The signup form does not store your email address in browser cookies or local storage. This does not mean that our hosting, analytics, font, or email providers process no technical data. Following external links takes you to services with their own privacy practices.

Why information is used

Information is used to send the subscription you request, manage confirmation and unsubscribe requests, respond to messages, and operate and protect the service. The signup form includes a hidden anti-spam field. Our server can record technical errors when a signup fails; the application does not intentionally log the email address submitted in that form.

Your choices

You can stop emails using the unsubscribe link in our messages. The standard unsubscribe link stops StrengthRx emails sent through Kit, rather than only one topic. Unsubscribing is not the same as deleting every record held by an email service. Subscription and suppression records may remain with service providers to manage preferences and prevent unwanted sending.

You may contact StrengthRx to ask about information associated with your email address, request a correction, or request deletion. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law. Do not send identity documents or sensitive medical details with an initial request.

Service providers and storage

Kit, Cloudflare, and Google may process information in countries other than your own. Their service and privacy terms describe their processing practices. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion deadline or a particular storage location. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
