THIS BLOCKYour next session is the plan.
Three to four is the target. During a difficult stretch, two sessions every ten days is a temporary fallback for continuity—not the target. Return to your usual rhythm as circumstances allow.
The ten-day block is a coaching default, chosen so that one bad week does not mean starting over. It is not a biological interval. Let training fit the life you live.
Blocks run in ten-day steps from the start date you choose, and marking days never moves them. Saving is optional and stays on this browser. Workout dates are not sent to our server. Choose CHECK YOUR OWN DAYS to reopen saved dates. Normal site hosting, analytics and font requests still occur as described in our privacy policy.
Train hard enough to matter. Recover hard enough to last.
Build margin before life demands it.
